Disappointed and Sad
This is our fifth and last hotel we checked-in in a row as part of our long week trips from Saskatchewan and Alberta and this one is the most expensive and the most disappointing. As soon as we enter our room we were welcome by the funky old house smell even though its clean. It says in their advertisement that they have free breakfast but after we paid we were informed that there is no breakfast because of covid. We've checked-in more than 15 hotels during this pandemic time but they are all serving breakfast, bagged or hot breakfast as what their ads said. This hotel was tricking their customer with their ads in the internet and in their sign board in the hotel saying "with Free Breakfast" but after you check-in amd ask what time is the breakfast then that's the time you feel cheated and shocked. I should have chosen the other hotel with the same price but without breakfast if I know beforehand that their ads is a big lie. The review of this hotel is very low but we still go for it as we think "its ok at least they have free breakfast" but its big lie and disappointment. We don't mind paying extra money as long as they are honest!

The hotel only serves the breakfast from 9:00 until 10:00 am and this is not nice for the working people like me. They could probably accommodate a suitable hour for the benefit of all the guests

Great location. Ridiculous breakfast hours.
Great location. Clean and comfortable. The hours for breakfast were ridiculous so we didn’t have it. 8-9 am is not reasonable, we wanted to get out and enjoy our day and headed out at 7:30.

The location was alright. The room worked for the night. The pillows are okay. The air conditioner was nice to have. I didn't notice that the fridge wasn't on, so the milk was warm in the morning. I don't know if we would stay here again.
