I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there.

Poor Hospitality & Exorbitant Fees
The primary reason for my poor review for this property is because even though the room was ready, they would not let me check in early, at noon. They wanted to charge me an exorbitant fee for checking in early. And even though I was checking out of the hotel very early the following morning (6 AM) and so would overall spend much less than 24 hours in the room.

Pros: Localização excepcional em frente a estação de metro da consolação, na paulista com restaurantes, farmácias e comércio próximos. Quarto confortável embora bem pequeno, fui bem atendida em todas as vezes que precisei falar com a recepção. Tem maleiro de cortesia conforme disponibilidade e empréstimo de ferro de passar e de secador de cabelo. O café da manhã tem boas opções. O restaurante embaixo do hotel é bom. Contra: quarto muito pequeno, não tem limpeza diária. Café da manhã caro para incluir na diária e no sábado e domingo que fui depois de 9h tinha muita gente e tive que esperar em fila. No geral, consideraria me hospedar lá novamente e considero uma boa opção.

Certamente um dos melhores custo X benefícios de Sp. Localização excelente, na boca do metrô e na Av Paulista. Tem tudo por perto. Embaixo do prédio uma unidade do restaurante Jardan que funciona praticamente 24h e da para fazer todas as refeições. Quarto simples, mas com tudo funcionando e tem o necessário para uma estadia. Certamente vou me hospedar mais vezes.

Ótima estadia. Acomodação muito limpa, quarto novo e bem cuidado, com uma cama bem confortável. O acesso foi fácil, o atendimento rápido quando precisei, com suporte e orientação muito eficientes. Tive dificuldade em deixar o chuveiro quente e prontamente enviaram uma pessoa para me auxiliar. O mercado me salvou, pois tive que comprar algumas coisas e o preço não era exorbitante. O lounge na Haddock Lobo é seguro e excelente para esperar uber e entregas. Também deixei minha bagagem no maleiro depois que fiz o check-out e foi muito prático. Precisei pegar o secador emprestado na recepção e foi ótimo. A localização é excelente e ter o restaurante ao lado só facilita a estadia (inclusive, a comida é muito boa e os pratos bem servidos). Enfim, não tenho do que reclamar, só elogiar.

O Apê é maravilhoso, um loft com cama, sofá cama, uma mini cozinha, com utensílios, fora que fica bem na frente da estação do metrô da Consolação, tem um restaurante ótimo em baixo, o melhor lugar que já fiquei em São Paulo, bem no meio da avenida paulista, muito bom!

Excelente custo x benefício
A localização é o principal atrativo. O preço também é bem justo. O pessoal da recepção é bem solícito e prestativo e a questão do maleiro foi crucial em nossa viagem. A acomodação é muito boa e atendeu perfeitamente o meu grupo familiar de 4 pessoas, ainda que o sofá-cama não seja dos mais confortáveis. Outro detalhé é que não havia roupa de cama para ele. O cooktop não se mostrou muito "amigável). Concordando com outros comentários, o barulho da rua invade o quarto, mas não atrapalhou o nosso sono. Coisas que poderiam melhorar: ducha higiênica; cozinha melhor equipada (liquidificador, ao menos e um filtro de parede). E por fim, poderia haver um preço diferenciado para o café da manhã no restaurante localizado na entrada.
