Comfortable hotel in an excellent location.
Would be nice if they had a closet with more coat hangers.

No Sleep, Noisy
Third floor room overlooking the street, on top of a bar. Therefore very noisy. Bed was as hard as a rock and room very cramped though adequate. Water pipe in wall near pillow had the water noise of every shower and toilet flush on that side of hotel.

Great place & great price in buzzing Tokyo!
For a big guy like me (192 cm), despite the small size of the room, I felt very comfortable in that room. Also because the hotel seems to be quite new, everything is nice, clean, great shower, very nice Bed size, etc. Yes the room is small, but for Price versus Quality and Top location (buzzing area of Tokyo, great Sushi place next door, 2 min walk Metro station, etc.). Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy as it is bread, cheese and cereal, but you just need to buy few things from the grocery shop across and Top up your breakfast as you want it. For me, this is a great choice if travelling alone. For 2 people, if you like intimacy and you know you will be out for the day, so this is enough, otherwise ask for a good size room if they have.
