The location and host are great. The room is clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We did not use the terrace as there view was only of other buildings. Unfortunately there is a restaurant downstairs and our room was over the kitchen. This was quite noisy until after closing time every night (interment kitchen equipment, talking etc), so if you need early nights this may not be for you.

we stayed 3 nights. we liked the location, easy walking distance to key attractions and train stops. we could find the place easily by typing "rivoli" in the google maps app. the room has plenty of space and has blackout curtains so you can sleep in. the fridge was nice for storing drinks we had bought. the only drawback was the AC unit was very difficult to shut off. the only solution was to get on a chair and press the emergency shut off so it would not come on at night and wake us.
