장단점
엘레베이터가 없어서 4층까지 짐들고 오르내리기가 쉽지 않음. 샤워기 수압이 너무 약해서 많이 불편함(아래층에서 사용중이면 더 심함거같음) 4층이 가장 높은 층이었는데 천장인지 옥상인지 밤에 시끄러움 그외에는 통창으로 바다 뷰 너무 좋고 바다도 바로 앞이라 너무 좋음
