Rediscover old world charm
We had the most amazing stay at the Taj Falaknuma Palace. The staff constantly went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were taken care of, besides surprising us with unexpected little extras every day. It was the most relaxing stay we have had in years, and I hope we will be able to visit again some time in the future.

Once i arrived on the property, everyone in the staff were extremely polite and accommodating. They went above and beyond to meet my needs and make me comfortable. The customer service is excellent either at the onsite restaurants or for any room related services. However, before arriving on the the property I made several calls and this accommodating nature of the staff did not come through during the conversations which is very unfortunate because overall the staff and management exceeded my expectations and I have not seen this at any other hotels I stayed. Advice to the property is to train the staff to be more flexible and accommodating for customer calls before they arrive on the property. I especially want to thank the manager of the property MA Qayyum and the duty manager Mohammad Aabid and the other staff at the reception and restaurant staff for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
