We loved their homemade honey and bought some to bring home. We also loved their delicious breakfast buffet and that they have their own butcher. The beds were very comfortable, and the owners were very accommodating when we unexpectedly needed to arrive late. We wished we were staying longer than one night!

Nice hotel close to Autobahn.

Very nice hotel located close to autobahn. We stopped for a night on a nothbound journey, and are satisfied. Very helpfull and nice staff. Big, clean room and newly renovated fresh toilet. Nice bed. Good breakfast even if not a "full hotel breakfast" missing hot dishes etc. We have no complaints.

Super nice Gasthof in the beautiful surroundings

Our overnight stay was a very positive experience. We were greeted by the family owners of the Gasthof and immediately settled in at the nice and spacious room. 49 rooms available. The dinner comprises of a variety of local dishes - large portions. It was terrific. Beds are comfortable and the room and bathroom were newly renovated. The breakfast is traditional german with plenty of cheese and salami, bread and eggs served in a comfortable Gaststube. Do not cheat yourself from trying or buying the by the house produced products: likors, wine, sausages, honey. Tesla chargers are literally located in the Gasthof backyard. Amazing place in the Rhön Wald 2km from the A7 Autobahn.

Godt Gasthof der ligger tæt ved motorvejen A7 nemt ved rejser til og fra Italien/Kroatien.Supercharger i baghaven er meget praktisk. Utrolig venligt personale god service og dejlig veltilberedt kromad.

Vi kom ret sent, men blev taget rigtig godt imod og vist til vores værelse. Værelset var pænt, rent og stort. Perfekt til en familie, 2 voksne og 2 børn (10 og 13). Badeværelset var helt nyt, god størrelse og et dejligt bad. Værelset lå øverst oppe under taget og var meget varmt - temperaturen udenfor var dog også meget høj (30-35 grader). Morgenmad var lækker, der var hvad man skulle bruge og nok af det. Der var en stor parkeringsplads bag hotellet, og til el-biler var der en hel håndfuld Tesla Superchargere.

Vi brugte hotellet som til overnatning på vej retur fra ferie. Vi ankom til hotellet kl 21.50. Jeg havde skrevet til dem på forhånd at vi kom sent i forhold til tjek ind. Vi skulle bare ringe hvis det bliv senere end 22. Hotellet er på flere etager og da vi havde bestilt et værelse til 4 (to voksne og to børn) blev vi ført op til den øverste etage og skulle op af flere forskellige trapper og igennem nogle gange. Virkelig charmerende og en kæmpe fest for vores to unger som elsker at gå på trapper. På værelset var der redt pænt op og der var til vores store overraskelse og glæde stillet en tremmeseng op til vores søn på lige knap 2 år. Dette var ikke noget vi havde bestilt men super service at den var stille op til os. Badeværelset var pænt rengjort og istandsat på en fin måde. Hotellet var roligt i løbet af natten og vi hørte ikke meget trafik på gaden. Morgenmaden var der. Ment på den måde at udbudet ikke var det største men det som var der var lækkert. Honning fra egnen, lidt pålæg, brød/inklusiv lidt grovere brød næsten som rugbrød, to slags yoghurt og scramblet æg. Der blev hurtigt fyldt op hvis der manglende noget og det så indbydende ud. Vi manglede dog et alternativ til drikkelse. Mælken var desværre for os lun og appelsinjuice falder ikke i vores smag. Men det er jo kun en præference ting. Vi blev tilbudt både kaffe og te ved bordet. Der er en Tesla supercharger lige bag ved hotellet som for os var et kæmpe plus.
