Go there and experience it! Very nice that there was unlimited access to the spa during opening hours, unfortunately there is no shared sauna. It also seems to be a popular destination for bachelor/bachelorette parties on weekends so take this into consideration if you are there for a silent couples retreat. There is no mosquito net in the room so beware of mosquitoes if you open the window.

We have stayed at this charming family run hotel many times and will certainly come back. Location in the centre of the ancient village of Tällberg is beautiful and very convenient for exploring and enjoying lovely views and historical buildings by lake Siljan.

Beautiful setting, good food and lovely staff but the room was in desperate need of a refurbishment - the tiny shower with a slinky curtain and a cage bin attached to the wall made it feel like Falu hospital rather than a hotel! Our stay was fine but crazy overpriced.

The rooms are old, furniture was worn out, but gave anyway a nice and cozy feeling overall. The bathroom though really needed an upgrade door was difficult to close, shower would wet the whole room, and toilet was loud and gave off some smell, if it hadn't been flushed in a few hours. The outside pool was very nice, but the ones downstairs didn't feel inviting at all. Dinner service was very slow and the food didn't live up to the pricepoint. Probably wouldn't go back.

Med tanke på att det är ett SPA-hotell är det mycket märkligt att det saknas kroppslotion på rummet och det var även svårt att hitta i omklädningsrummet vid poolen. Vidare fanns det en konstgjord doft i rummet som störde upplevelsen samt att den var obehaglig i poolområdet. Fantastisk trevlig utepool och bra mat i restaurangen men frukosten var ordinär. Även märkligt att det inte fanns några loungemöbler ute på den stora gräsmattan.

Spa saknades ett nyckelkort eftersom alla bara fick en o det upptäcktes inte förrän man skulle använda skåpet o då orkade man inte gå upp till receptionen, vi var flera kunder som pratade om samma problem. Väldigt varmt på rummen o då var det bara 15-19 grader ute. Bastun var alldeles för varm, 95 grader o lackade bänkar, för varmt. Men för övrigt vacker och genuin miljö i huvudbyggnaden, äkta dala stil

Rummet luktade ved eldning ich lite fukt samt var i stuga. Lite gammalt men vi hade det väldigt mysigt ändå. mkt varmt men det fick bra. Litet badrum och lite svårt att vara mer än 1 person därinne men heller ingen fara för en natt. Maten ljuvlig. fullt på spa hel em och kväll men förståeligt, badade nere i Siljan istället .
