Don’t stay here
When checking in, the couple in front of me were getting their money back because the room had roaches. I demanded to see our room before agreeing to stay.. I did not see any roaches . The desk clerk said they fumigated for roaches 2 days before but apparently there are still some. Therewere no cars inthe parking lot. Never again!!! My advice is to stay somewhere else!!

The staff was friendly. A bit older but clean. Rustic design furniture.My only thing is when I went to have my early breakfast and came back to the room, my card would not let me in. They had already checked me out. I was at the very end of the hall and had to go clear back to the desk to get my key card reprogrammed

Fenil was amazing and friendly and very courteous and accomodating. I was unaware there is no elevator & we were on the second floor. He immediately offered to move us to the ground floor. The accomodations were very clean with one spot on the tissue holder. On the bed coverlet there were some stains. I know they recently took over ownership and are working to improve the entire hotel; it shows! Every employee I encountered was very courteous. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. Same with the sink area. The amenities, soaps, etc. were lovely. In room was a just a little larger than mini fridge and a small microwave, perfectly sized. There was a very nice table with 2 chairs in the room, perfect for our needs. Only one side of the bed had outlets. It appears the bed used to be positioned closer to the outside wall where there would have been outlets on both sides of the bed. The positioning of the bed now is actually better and makes the room appear even larger, which is saying something as the room is large! For view I put "mountain view" because there was not an option for "country view". There are no actual mountains. The hotel is just far enough away from the roundabout and freeway to be free of road noise. There was a safe in the room, and switches for both the light and fan inside the bathroom. I mention this bc I was in a much larger chain hotel 3 days prior that had neither of those. Will stay next time we travel there.

The hotel has new owners since about a couple.months. they are working on renvoating the property. They were so nice and accomodating. It was clean and comfortable. They alsonoffer shuttle services to local places!

The outside of the hotel was very nice but the inside was a different story. The hallway was sprayed with an overpowering smell that choked me up. Our room was very, very musty smelling and seemed to get worse. The bed spread was nasty looking, whether it was dirty or stained I'm not sure.. We took them off immediately. The breakfast area was another gross area. The coffee counter was stained, unpainted, and filthy looking. The milk and juice was left out on the counter and was getting warm when we went for breakfast. When the employee cleaned up and put away the breakfast area, he used a napkin to clean the waffle and cereal area. He then took the milk and the leftover pancake mix from the machine and put it in the frig to reuse..after both had been left out for at least 3 hours.. As we were checking out, an older, handicapped man was telling the staff about their toilet, how it was broke, and how smelly their room was.. We will not be returning!

The place was terrifying to walk around alone. Harbors the sketchy folk of the area that hang around at all hours of the night. The rooms smell of mold and the dining area was never open. The keys deactivated daily, even when kept far away from phones and other cards. Overall poorly managed and would never recommend going

Don’t go
The bed sheets and the comforter had visible stains. The comforter had holes. It was dirty over all and I am not picky. There was a guy who was covering for the people who owned it. Took my aunts card and ID because he wasn’t sure how to do the $300 or some diposit for dogs and then we never saw him again. The next day we never saw a single worker. No cleaning ladies. The towels were musty. It was a bit creepy and weird. Not functional.

The room had not even been cleaned by house keeping the beds were not made and garbage in the room from the previous occupants so they gave us a different room and the same thing l. Went and asked for a refund and they refused and got us a different room. The bed were made and clean but the bathroom had a dirty towel hanging on the door so I feel the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

The rooms were dirty, tub was gross, and there were bugs on the counter and in the bathroom. We asked for extra blankets for both beds, but only 1 extra was available. Beds were also very hard/not comfortable at all. We ended up not staying the second night because of a family emergency, but they said they could not refund the 2nd night because we had booked thru Expedia. Could you please let me know if a refund for the 2nd night is possible? Also, one other thing, all of the emails from Expedia to me have been addressed to Stacy, and all the text messages were addressed to Shitley (not kidding). My name is Shirley Parker.
