The room was ok . It was dated but it did suit us location wise for the function we were attending. The staff were very polite and helpful. We left something in our room and panicked thinking we had left in the cab so called the hotel and they very kindly checked our room to confirm it was there. We were very grateful.

Easy to find location, front desk staff was a friendly guy and check in was easy. On site parking around the back was a plus. Room had all the basics, clean bed, I didn't use the TV or AC but it was available. A couple of negatives - My room had a super noisy extractor fan that kicked in when the bathroom light was switched on. Walls were thin so I could hear the neighbour come home talking loud on the phone at 2am. Could also hear the trams going past on Moreland rd out front. Restaurant bins across the driveway from my window were a bit funky if the wind blew my way. Carpet on one side of the bed was damp and sticky so I couldn't walk on it. Overall it was OK. I would recommend if staying for work and just need a low cost bed for the night, but not for a premium experience.
