I have been to many countries in the world and stayed at multiple places both budget and luxury. I have never seen a place like this which charges you for everything. for the swimming pool, for the table tennis, for the pool table game . Nothing is included with the room price. NOTHING! I dont understand what does amenities mean then’? NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE

Security is great and easy access to the mall adjacent to the property. The communication with the property owner was helpful, thankful for the consideration given due to change of flight schedule by the airline. It's also worth mentioning that the guards/staff in the property are very courteous.

If the full score is 100, it is definitely worth 101! This geographical location is convenient for us to go anywhere. I have lived in many condos, which is the most beautiful. The room is clean and the Internet speed is very fast! And Netflix. It's really relaxing to watch a movie after taking a shower.

The property is great with restaurants and small grocery inside. The lobby is well decorated but it can be crowded depending on the day and time of the day. It’s safe with guards 24/7. The room I stayed at is just ok. Need to have a better shower curtain as water can get through all over the tiny bathroom. Air conditioning is the best part plus the refrigerator and microwave is very useful though the stove barely worked so if you need to cook, this might not work. Overall the space is fine for one person maybe two and/or a small child. Netflix is available.

My Room was filthy, sheets or duvet dont fit the bed, they were a size too small and were very dirty. Sick on the pillow Door to balcony did not work Balcony was incredibly small Washing machine spilled water all over the floor Drains blocked in shower and shower curtain and rod fe down 3 times Housekeeping and comms were not good Never turned up Lifts very slow and alway choca Pool organisation was a nightmare and so service lacking. Pool was lovely though Good internet and TV Good fridge View amazing Good location Very lacking in service generally Very little English Rubbish was a shocker, no wonder there's cockroaches I really was going to move and deserve my money back
