Ok neighborhood, close to the train station. However, the man that checked us in was rude and his jokes were condescending. He also told us to leave the hotel key whenever we left...ummmm no! Other employees were nice and gave some directions. The room was on the 4th floor and the elevator only went to the third floor. The door lock was very tricky. No sign to say do not disturb for the door. The bathroom was a joke. Small tub no glass or shower curtain. The bed was not very comfortable or the pillows either. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Very good 8.0
Nice little hotel
Stayed here for 2 nights in late May. Chose it because it is close to both Gare d’Austerlitz (for RER C train to Versailles) and close to Gare de Lyon (for train to Zurich). Both stations were an easy, direct walk and took only about 10 minutes or so. Plenty of restaurants around and even a McDonald’s and KFC near Austerlitz station. There is also a nice, large market just a few blocks away. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet enough. The staff was welcoming and friendly and they spoke excellent English. We arrived early in the morning and were given a room right away. The hotel has a small lift, but we typically used the stairs. We had a triple for the 3 of us and our room consisted of 3 twin beds and really not much more, it was tiny. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was also tiny and the corner shower is very small. Our room also had a kitchen which had a mini fridge, sink, and microwave. We found the mini fridge useful. Excellent WiFi. We did not eat the breakfast, but it looked pretty good. The hotel served our purposes just fine and I would stay there again if I needed to be close to either of those stations.

Poor 2.0
Very Disappointing Overall.
One of the most disappointing experiences of my trip to Europe. We arrived at the Hotel at 4:30pm (check in is at 2pm) we were told by reception that our room was not ready yet and she asked us if we could come back to the hotel at around 6pm. They did not offer any apology or discount on the stay. They did eventually find another room to place us in which took about 30 mins to fix. We had an issue 2 days later, when we went up to the room and the 'clean my room' sign was removed but once we entered the room it was clearly not completed. This was around 4 pm. I walked down to reception the lady was rude and said that they needed to clean the other rooms first for the new people checking in (which should of been completed by 2pm anyway). Overall the staff were quite rude and unapologetic for the whole stay, and i also heard other patrons being turned away from their rooms when checking in as they rooms were still not completed. They need more cleaner's for this hotel, as they seemed to either be slow or short staffed. As it was a small hotel you would expect that this would not be an issue. You expect a far better experience at a 3 star hotel then this place.

Fair 4.0
Only good part is it's walking distance to train station and centrally located. But the restrooms have very old stained sinks, carpeting is old. No elevator to go to 4th floor. AC unit only fan was working. Single elevator to just fit one person with a single baggage. No coffee or tea available in the rooms. Staff was always very busy on the phone and would not pay attention to customers and keep you waiting for long.

Poor 2.0
Water leak from AC and unprofessional staff
This was the most terrible experience in my ENTIRE life in hotel. There was leaking from AC then water dumped from ceiling on my bed. I tried to negotiate with front desk after 15 min but she said it was IMPOSSIBLE to change another room. She said it was full that day. After waiting for another hour. I talked with her again as I saw someone checking out. She was so reluctant and let me wait another 10 min to change a room. That room also had leaking problem and she refused to change ANYTHING. There is no boiler, drier etc. in that room as well. I am writing these words not for compensation. I just don't want anybody have the same experience as I did, especially tourists using Expedia to find a hotel. I understood this was an incident not her fault, but her attitude was really unprofessional and unfriendly. Hotel was so expensive in Paris but never waste any money or time in this hotel since it would drive you crazy
