Good small hotel with friendly staff
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful but their English is limited. Pillows could have been better and softer. The toilet flush makes a lot of noise but other than these, it’s good hotel for what we paid!

OK for a night stay
Not bad as a transit hotel near Haneda. Kamata is a good place to enjoy "deep" labor-class Tokyo, by the way.

Lovely hotel excellent location
Stayed at the Hotel with my daughter as we were visiting my grandson who lives and works in Japan. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the room was comfortable and very clean. Our stay overall was wonderful, beautiful country and breathtaking sights

Friendly staff and good lication
We had trouble finding the property at first, but once we found it, we got our bearings and had a great stay. Our room was too warm the first night so the front desk suggested we borrow a fan from them the second night and they brought one to our room. The front desk also lent is umbrellas on the rainy days and helped arrange a taxi for us. They were EXTREMELY helpful.

Not bad but could be improved.
The hotel wasn't bad. Lots of places to shop and eat around that area and it was close to the train station. However, I thought the shuttle to the airport would be free but it wasn't. It was 1000 per person which isn't bad. There was also free breakfast. It was pretty warm inside the room and there was no way to turn on the AC. Only the heater was available so we had to open the windows. Since it was near the train tracks and the streets, it was pretty loud. Also, the knob to hold the window in place was broken.
