It was very difficult locating the hotel. There aren’t any signs with the hotels name on it. We had to call and get directions. The building is actually split side by side with an apartment building. The hotel name was printed on the revolving door. The room is very dark. Water pressure was awesome. The online hotel pictures of their pool and roof top terrace were obviously taken with a filter because it didn’t look that pleasing when we saw them. The pool was cloudy. The smell of chlorine was so strong it burned your eyes and made it hard to breathe. The outdoor terrace was small and boring. The website pictures made it look like there was a bar and a restaurant but when asked they said it was coming later this summer. They supplied an inconvenient discounted parking pass to a public parking structure a block down the street. They claim their hotel is “upscale”. Im not sure what they are referring to. I didn’t feel safe outside the hotel after dark. It is in a rough section of town. This hotel was not worth the price I paid for. The only thing positive to say was that I only paid for one night. Would never stay there again.

    Great hotel and AMAZING staff

We had an absolutely amazing time! The hotel was clean and a great fit for our family. There wasn’t a question the doorman, Stan, could not answer! He literally made us feel so welcomed the minute we arrived! Had lots of pointers and tips on visiting the city! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay, but signing needs improvement

The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! The room was nice and clean. The paid parking was just a block North of the hotel in another building. My only complaint was there was no signing of the hotel while driving along the street after driving around for a good 45 minutes. The next day the staff started to put some small signing outside, which would have been helpful the previous day. I was told they were working on getting larger signs, but they were waiting on them to be delivered. Otherwise, it was a great day and it was close to many attractions around town.

    Swimming pools are important too

I specifically booked this hotel for the pool. I would of paid less if i knew the pool would be closed. I called prior to booking and confirmed it was open. I booked and paid then got an email 2 days before my trip the pool was closed. I could of saved 100 dollars.
