We liked the hotel. Good location, friendly staff, good breakfasts and we had good water pressure in the shower. We had no problem with noise and overall found it to our liking. The only minor complaint is that the feather pillows are too flat once your head sinks into them. A second pillow would probably help. We would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located opposite to the main station. Ideal for one or two nights. It might not be a good idea if you have a very light sleep. It is not noisy nor completely quiet.

A great location for a city break in Hamburg . A real bonus having a roof terrace which we made the most of everyday . Staff were friendly and helpful. Would have been lovely to have had a mini fridge and ice available. Also some chairs and a table in the roof terrace .

I was stayed on 11th February 2020. Location is in central train station. Busy Road. No hotel parking. Rooms are small but worthy. Breakfast is simple but fine. Staff are good.

Very convenient right across from the railway station. Excellent reception staff, good choice of meats and cheeses etc at breakfast. Room was a good size, bathroom very spacious, view not so good. Very hot at night with no air conditioning. Provision of a room safe at no extra charge was great.
