A lot of love needed to restore former glory
The grounds are phenomenal and a real asset to Peppers however it all gets let down when it comes to the infrastructure. The buildings are very old and sadly in various states of repair. There is a very long way to go to realise the full potential of what this place can offer and has offered in bygone eras.

TV didn't work. Shower leaks and flooded bathroom floor. Stair carpets torn and wet. Driveway, particularly the entrance full of potholes. Room very small. Overall property is very tired. Not up to standard one would expect from Peppers. Restaurant was good and staff tried hard
