When us 4 arrived the front desk did not speak any English. Another staff arrived shortly and helped us. somehow there was an error with booking because the hotel did not get notification from Expedia that we booked the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Originally we booked 1 room, he did not have it available so he gave us 2 rooms, and that's when the hotel experience went horrible. The rooms were cold, full of smoke door, extremely old, e.g. Chairs, table, walls, paint were similar to what looked like in the 70's, and the paint on the bedroom door and bathroom shelf were coming off. There was a thick layer of dust on the toilet paper. No soap, coffee maker, and hair dryer like it described. Wifi did not work in the room unless you are around the reception area. Beds were squeaky, and you definitely don't want to lift up the bedsheets to look what's underneath. Sadly we did. It was like the mattress were soaked into some solution, it was discolorated everywhere. Absolutely disgusting.The worst part was the shower. They have NO HOT WATER. When we turned on the hot water tab there was no water coming out, only cold water tab worked. They had no phone in the room, so I had to walk down from 3rd floor to the front desk, he said it was broken and will be fixed by next day at 6am. So 3 of us could not shower after a long day of walk and sweat, one person had to shower in freezing water. Good thing next day the hot water tab worked, but it was just lukewarm.
