Interesting experience!
Having found the hotel, we were re-directed to an annex in the pueblo, to which we were led. We assume that this was to accommodate a school/club party in the main building outside of town. As we only speak limited Spanish, it took a while to understand the arrangements! However, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and we had a deduction made to the original price for the inconvenience.

Hotel Campestre in Valladolid
Very good for overnight stop en route to Santander. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. A little challenging to locate in not very attractive industrial estate!

Gret personal service
The location is in an industrial park; great if you're just driving through, but not otherwise. The owner and his family were very courteous and he even woke up at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning (very early by Spanish standards) to make us breakfast since we had to hit the road early.

Es un hotelito ubicado en zona poligono. Se llega bien pero no es nada agradable. Nomse ajusto a lo solicitado. Habitaciones minusculas, baño enano. No lo recomiendo.
