You will be paying for the location.
Excellent location but the standard of the apartment did not reflect the photographs on the website. Certainly nothing glamourous about apartment No. 7. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and modern but living room / second bedroom was drab. Airconditioning units had to be exposed by keeping the curtains on the window sills. Very noisy at night - street cleaners, music from local bars.
