Upon arrival I was underwhelmed by the condition of the room based on the pictures and outlined amenities on the hotel's website. However, two things trumped my initial observation. The view and the service of management and staff. Both were incredible! The room was spotless and each day it remained so. Management was incredibly responsive to our needs (especially when hosting my fiance's birthday party). I will definately stay here again.

Nice overall, but extra charge on credit card
The hotel is fine, and the service was very good. BUT, I have called twice to inquire about an $80 on my credit card. The hotel was paid for in full on Hotels.com, and nothing extra was ordered. I cannot get anyone to respond to my inquiry about the additional charge. I have called, spoken to someone, sent an email...no response. Even if they are not going to refund the money, I want to know what the charge was for. Very frustrating.

Just OK
We enjoyed our stay, however, the hotel has started to have an older feel to it and you notice it on the walls, paint, etc. On the surface, the rooms looked spotless; however, when I spilled something and had to clean it up with a white towel, the towel was black from the floor. That was disappointing. We were disappointed that we were charged $30/night for a roll-away bed for our daughter, even though the room was booked for 2 adults and 1 child. I did not feel that was worth the extra money. Would stay here again, but only if the price was lower than other options.
