Convenient, clean and comfortable.
A two night stopover on way back from Europe. I had stayed here before so chose it again for convenience/familiarity. This hotel, although in a business district, is conveniently located close to a number of metro stations and about 20 to 30 minutes walk to Tokyo station, where buses and Narita Express train from airport arrive/depart. A little further on, a level walk takes you to the East gardens of the Royal Palace. A number of convenience stores, cafes etc are close by the hotel. Hotel staff very pleasant and helpful. Single room more than adequate size and bathroom included a deep bath tub for soaking and relaxing. Breakfasts are understandably mostly catering to Japanese tastes but include pastries, bread rolls and hot dishes such as scrambled eggs. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel with an affordable price
Stayed here two nights, booked this hotel mainly due to the attractive price @$80 AUD/night twin room non smoking, including breakfast in the Annex building. The room was small, but clean with strong Wifi. The breakfast was very very basic, which consisted of scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, milk and orange juice, but you can have as many refills as desired. The level of English from the staff was very basic, they had problems explaining where the supermarket was, instead they went out to the hotel entrance and pointed to the direction of the hotel. One major issue I had was upon checking out, was that I planned to go to Hakone and stay there for 1 night and hoped to leave my suitcase there overnight and pick it up the next day. The hotel staff refused my request despite me explaining my situation, I even when offering to pay a surcharge for the suitcase. Since it was the peak hour morning rush and inconvenient to travel on the train with my suitcase, I has to take a taxi to Tokyo station which cost me $1000 Yen and pay $1400 Yen to hire a locker for 2 days. So in the end, I didn't really save any money by staying in this hotel and should have just booked somewhere else that would of allowed me to leave my suitcase overnight!
