OK for 1-2 nights
I have stayed there once before few years ago but it doesn't look like there's been much done to improve the condition of the hotel since. Especially rooms need some refreshing. Overall alright place for max 2 nights. Nice and quiet area and close to Asakusa Shrine and Tokyo Skytree.

Decently priced, okay location, bad wifi!
Pros: The location is a little far from all the "sightseeing places" of Asakusa. However, the nearest station - Kuramae (Toei line) - is about 5-7mins walking distance so it's all good. The price is very decent for a business hotel in a pretty decent location. Not much English was spoken by the reception staff but they were all really helpful, there's luggage transfer service and they even kept our luggages for a few days. Cons: The in-room wifi is pretty much unusable. If you have pocket wifi then that's all good. But we didn't, and it was really really difficult to connect as it keeps dropping out and signal was very low. Room is very small, but typical Japanese sized semi-double bed room, so I'm not complaining, but for those new to Japan, please do be aware!

perfectly good!
The 7-11 around the corner is really handy. Friendly and helpful staff who helped us arrange to have our ski gear couriered to the mountains. Would stay there again.

Family holiday
Travelled with my husband and 6 year old son. Based on Japanese standards our room was large with 3 single beds, breakfast bench, small lounge and small kitchen. We would stay again. Only problem was it was a smoking room. I didn't think the smell would be as obvious as it was. Maybe not suitable if you have allergies.

Good value, did the job
Stayed 2 nites. A compact Japanese business hotel but OK for the price.Located closest to Kuramae station, 5 min walk. Plenty of choice for eating and shopping.Staff helpful and English OK. Basin a bit grotty, stain on bottom of sheet, everything worked OK including wifi. Beds firm, pillows just.
