Nice and clean hotel.
Room little bit small with our large luggage. A little bit far to connect to other subways.

Convenient and Comfortable
Stayed 4 nights, top floor, provided with a bigger bed though expected semi double bed. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice simple breakfast with variations each day. Close to few stations serviced by Tokyo Metro lines which is great. Hotel offers free shuttle bus to Tokyo station, runs every hour. Hotel is very close to T-CAT which was super convenient to go to the airport. Can stay here again.

Avoid this if you can afford
We stayed here mid April 2015 for 4 days, paid $450. Booked this hotel after reading good reviews and for the excellent rating. The hotel is well below standard than the price charged. The pros - it is near the TCAT for travel to and from airports and has free wifi. It is also close to Subway station but I guess so are many other hotels. The rooms are tiny, difficult for 2 person to move at the same time without dashing against each other. Hardly any space to open our medium suitcase and to hang your clothes/jackets etc.Bathroom was tiny in size and height, a six feet person would bang his head. The bathroom had marks on the wall and had a bad smell all the time. The room and linen were not clean either, lots of marks/spots. They do provide razor, comb, toothbrush, etc. utility items which were of no use to us.The kettle took 15 min to boil 500ml of water. One side of the bed is against the wall so it's difficult for the other person to get up and down. The free breakfast was OK but there was hardly any space to sit and the plates/cups were not washed properly. There are no places to eat near the hotel apart from 7/11 and Lawsons convenience store. Travelling around crowded Tokyo is tiring so a standard good hotel is necessary for a good night rest - this hotel wouldn't provide you that.

Need a dozen more hangers in closet. I like the idea of the magnet type info on the door that you can communicate with cleaning staff. I like the free breakfast.

Tiny room, but clean and did the job
Room was very small but nice and clean. Window looked out onto the stairwell of next building less than 2 meters away, so very dark with no sunlight and a little bit of cabin fever after two nights. Staff were fine, and free breakfast was welcome. It tended to be a bit noisy -- it seems like a hotel favored by tour groups. Local area isn't very interesting with a few uninspiring restaurants, but subway is only a 5 minute walk.
