Avoid this if you can afford
We stayed here mid April 2015 for 4 days, paid $450. Booked this hotel after reading good reviews and for the excellent rating. The hotel is well below standard than the price charged. The pros - it is near the TCAT for travel to and from airports and has free wifi. It is also close to Subway station but I guess so are many other hotels. The rooms are tiny, difficult for 2 person to move at the same time without dashing against each other. Hardly any space to open our medium suitcase and to hang your clothes/jackets etc.Bathroom was tiny in size and height, a six feet person would bang his head. The bathroom had marks on the wall and had a bad smell all the time. The room and linen were not clean either, lots of marks/spots. They do provide razor, comb, toothbrush, etc. utility items which were of no use to us.The kettle took 15 min to boil 500ml of water. One side of the bed is against the wall so it's difficult for the other person to get up and down. The free breakfast was OK but there was hardly any space to sit and the plates/cups were not washed properly. There are no places to eat near the hotel apart from 7/11 and Lawsons convenience store. Travelling around crowded Tokyo is tiring so a standard good hotel is necessary for a good night rest - this hotel wouldn't provide you that.

Affordable, comfortable and friendly
Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Close to the subway and convenience stores. Also very close to the Tokyo City Air Terminal Depot which make it easy to get to from Narita or Haneda and vice versa,

Good experience
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great room service and room well maintained. Situated close to metro, bus terminal and 7 eleven. Breakfast area can be crowded at times, and selection limited.

Great location
I have been visiting Japan quite often in the past but this time it was with my family and a private leisure visit. As expected the room size is small ( its same in every hotel in Japan) but the service and its location surpasses all other hotels in Japan considering the room charge range. Its just two minutes walk from Tokyo City Air Terminal. Seven eleven store and Lawson store are even at a closer distance. Subway station (Exit 3) Suitengumae - on Hanzomon line is just three minutes walk between the hotel & Subway station. Breakfast was good enough keeping in mind the expensive Japanese prices of commodities. We stayed for three nights and all were very comfortable. Rooms were cleaned each day and linen / towels all provided clean & fresh. Beds were a bit harder as compared to normal standards. I would love to stay in this hotel when I / we visit Tokyo again. Hotel general outlook ( lounge) is not so good but other plus points overcomes this demerit. Staff was very cooperative & helpful. They understood English well. Highly recommended to for stay for business or family visit.
