A equipe de funcionários, em especial o Andrés, foram muitos respeitosos e prestativos. Amigáveis também. O café da manhã, embora simples, desceu bem no paladar, estava muito bom, especialmente o suco de laranja. Entretanto, embora soubesse que não houvesse vaga de garagem no estabelecimento, o estacionamento "parceiro" do hotel além de ficar há uma distância um pouco significativa para quem está levando malas, teve um valor divergente do que foi me passado na recepção. Achei o valor alto (20.000 pesos), considerando tudo. Quanto ao quarto, ele tem um ótimo tamanho, entretanto não há frigobar, e o banheiro está muito acabado, sequer tampa no vaso sanitário tinha, além de também não ter um box envidraçado para o banho. Ah, e o isolamento acústico, é inexistente. De frente para uma rua de bastante movimento, foi quase impossível dormir em paz. Entre tantos pontos negativos, ressalto que os positivos são a equipe de funcionários e a localização.

Es un hotel de 3 estrellas y solo pagué 45 dólares por una estadía de una noche, por lo cual es difícil quejarse. Pero había muchísima mugre bajo la cama, el baño era valentísimo y lleno de óxido, muy deteriorado. El aire acondicionado se veía a estrenar pero era del estilo antiguo (una sola unidad en vez de split) por lo cual el ruido fue insoportable a la noche, incluso con la potencia al mínimo. De las cuatro personas que me atendieron, tres fueron muy amables, atentas y simpáticas, pero una de ellas tuvo un trato bastante corto y antipático, me hizo sentir poco bienvenido como huésped y cliente. El desayuno incluye solamente un café y una o dos facturas, pero es difícil quejarse debido al precio y definitivamente es mejor que nada. Muy buena ubicación y muy económico, pero hay que ir dispuesto a hacer muchísimas concesiones. Creo que es más 2 estrellas que 3.
