Check in was very easy and straightforward, receptionist was helpful. Reception closes at 2000 which I feel is too early any delay travel to Zurich is not really catered for. The room was spacious and had a large comfortable bed with a very good large shower. No room tea/coffee facilities were available. Tea/coffee was available just off the reception at any time as long as the machine was working, not really convenient if you are on the upper floors - I was on the 6th floor. The staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a vegetarian buffet and whilst adequate was a bit limited. The hotel is very convenient and close to shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the main station
