Excellent place!
We had an excellent stay! The staff thought of every little detail and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast and snacks were great too. I liked how close the falls were, so we just walked over to Canada (just bring your passports) during the day and watched the fireworks from the hotel's observation deck at night. My only regret is that we didn't stay here longer :-)

A beautiful hotel with chic charm
This is one of the loveliest hotels we’ve stayed at, with gorgeous decor everywhere the eye rests. The room was opulent and comfortable. Breakfast is quite good—you place your order the night before and choose your time. Freshly baked cookies greeted us one evening, and treats are in the room. Very convenient location, within walking distance of Goat Island and the American Falls.

Giacomo in the city
Picked this hotel because it was closest to Niagara Falls! Altho I did not checkout the rooftop view the hotel was nice. We opted for room service for breakfast one day and enjoyed it. The menu changes daily so that was good. Staff was friendly and super helpful. They even left a custom letter in the room with a wonderful Italian radio station playing. I will definitely comeback and stay again.
