Poor 2.0
The worst stay option in Malaysia
The hotel folks never bothered that we existed. There is a huge shortfall of staff. The available staff is not at all friendly, i have never seen such a hostile hotel staff on my last 6 years of hotel stays. The hotel itself was smelly on the corridors and had a very pungent smell. There was some kind of UV unit kept on the 7th Floor Corridor which had this smell. The hotel lobby has no luggage rack or lift, there are about 10 steps where we have to lift the luggages and climb the stairs. We had asked to take a peice of donut and a cup of milk for my baby at around 10.45 a.m as she was sleeping in the room. The reply from the hotel staff was breakfast time is till 10.30 a.m only and the remaining food available is only for the Hotel Staff only. In the lobby there is just 2 benches for the guests to sit and there are atleast 20 people around there. The place is too small. The hotel only provides 2 bottles of water every day per room and any additional water required was charged 3 Rinket per bottle. This kind of behaviour is not what i expected from Hilton.

Poor 2.0
Quality of service. Personal insults
First of all the staffs were arrogant. The manager and reception staffs were lazy. They do nothing and ask the poor handyman to do everything. I went to use the laundry, the coin machine was not working. Waited in the recess for almost 30mins for some one to give coins. Next day i asked for laundry powder, was told someone will bring it. I waited for 45mins in the laundry room no one came. I went and asked in the reception. This time staff told me you wait ill get it. He didnt turn up. After 25 mins the handyman came with laundry detegent. I went again in the reception and asked to see the manager. This lady told me she called him. He didnt turn up to meet me. I was so frustrated. I went again and asked for the manager i was told off. I wasted my 1 hour and10 mins only waiting for laundry detegent.

Very good 8.0
Good hotel
The price is very competitive. The only blemish is that it is located in a street which is not so good although centrally located. Part of the street where the hotel is located is to be avoided by foreigners at night because of muggers. The night market is just opposite the hotel. However hookers also operate in the area where the night market is. Although the hookers are not seen, their pimps are out and approach foreign men. The staff is very helpful. The staff members speak good English. The breakfast buffet is great although some of the food is very spicy. Within a 5 -10 minute minute walk from the hotel, there is another market, modern shopping malls and a multitude of shops and restaurants. The hotel also offers a shuttle which links it to other parts of the city centre.

Poor 2.0
firstly arrived wasn’t able to find our booking. Once found I had specifically asked for 2 rooms so 1 room for me and and my wife and 1 for my 3 kids . I was asked to pay extra for a bed. My sons slept on the double bed but I was told my daughter has to sleep on sofa . Not a sofa bed but an actual sofa then a rude port bought up a duvet .The bedding was stained with blood. Then phoned reception to get a new set of bedding the porter was so rude to us. Toilet roll was constantly not available had to literally fight for toilet paper. Very disappointed with my stay for such a famous brand hotel

Make sure stay high floor to avoid noise
Stayed for 2 nights, hotel located in residential area, around the corner from the hotel there is a night market selling fruits and vegetables until late night, I was there around 11.45pm looking for foods. Mainly local people eat there, not for tourist. After check-in I found the room door can not be locked. Staff spent 15 minutes and gave up. I was given another room in higher floor. You need to stay in high floor to avoid noise from the traffic. Outside hotel there is a bus stop, you can use the free shuttle KLGO red line to travel around. KLGO offered 5 different colour types shuttle bus such as blue line, green line to attractions for free travel, but time consuming to meet connection, make sure don't use it between 5.00pm and 7.00pm, traffic likes car park. I used it because there was raining. Suggest you download the map from KLGO website. You can also use the monorail nearby, 5 minutes walk. Hotel breakfast costs rm33, below expectation compare with Double tree Hilton. Overall, happy to stay there again in high floor only.
