Lady called 2 hours before checkin to tell me I had to be there by 12pm or I needed to call and cancel Aon thanksgiving. I made it with 2 mins to spare but she swore she called for three days when I made the reservation the night before. I had five guests in my room. They would only bring one additional towel. My family in town had to bring me two other towels and hand towels. Very nice hotel but crappy service b

Not the cleanest
The pullout sofa sheets were dirty with blood and food crumbs. The staff did come to change the sheets (the next day because there are very limited front office hours) and the mattress cover was also blood stained. The sheets on one of the queen beds had a lot of dog hair so we doubt those sheets were changed. We started noticing a lot of dog hair on the floor. On the positive side, it’s nice size accommodations for four adults. The courtyard is attractive. The property manager was very professional.

I love it that we did not have to pay for parking. The parking was included in the rental, which was very good. Also, the cleanliness of the property was very well very well lit up love the lights and everything and the rooms were very comfortable and roomy very spacious.

We had to check in late. The woman at the front desk was mad that we where 20 mins late. We had to leave our food at the drive through because she wouldn’t hold our room. The next day we had charged on our card that wasn’t tied to incidentals. We will never stay at any Apt locations again.

The rooms were clean and spacious and very functional for our needs. Check in was undesirable. Front desk staff was stiff and not really inviting. The incidental fees were overly expensive and in our Reservation it was noted as to how many persons were occupying the rooms and there were not sufficient towels in the rooms for everyone. Rules very restrictive.

The rooms very very nice, the property itself was pretty ideal we were just passing through. I don’t like the hours of the lobby. We did know it would close inside at 8pm but also an email we got said we could check in on the app and have a key left in a lock box. On the phone we called around 6pm to let them know we would be there right at 8pm, and were told lock box was not an option and if we did not arrive by 8:10 we would be cancelled and charged for the first night. I don’t understand this business model when most people arriving from out of town would be really inconvenienced by something g like a room being cancelled over a 10 minute window at 8pm.

Everything was okay. I did have a mishap with the person that was covering the shift. She was rude and had an attitude each time I’m seen her or spoke to her. but other than that the stay was excellent. They just need that person to work on her customer service skills. She was not welcoming at all.

Nice place. Brand new, but my keys didnt work. The room doors were freshly painted and were sticking closed so much that I thought I'd been locked out. I had about 100 lbs of luggage as I work construction and was carrying tools. No one offered a cart or any help when i was clearly struggling to carry all of it.
