Good Stay
A simple, clean and good hotel. Staff was super friendly and we could bring our small dog with no problems. A decent breakfast given the restrictions was included as well. Very convenient.

Lovely
We really enjoyed our stay! The room was large and the bed was so comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was large and roomy! I feel like the carpet needed some work but the rest of the room was lovely ! Would definitely go back in a heartbeat

The room was amazing 100% recommend. However, the staff wasn’t the greatest, I’m not sure if it’s because we’re a young couple or what, however it wasn’t very welcoming.

Hôtel seemed clean breakfast was pretty good fruit ,yougart , oatmeal, cereal , great coffee and a variety of juices. Hotel needs to verbally emphasize mask mandate upon arrival, to guests. I will contact the hotel directly about our concerns

I would highly recommend Amy at the front desk. She is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and insightful. She has a natural understanding of guest and is quite professional. Hopefully there is a management course offered by Holiday Inn that such employees as Amy can be offered as it pays to keep great staff :)

Still a relatively new building. Easy access to the highway. A decent amount of things nearby (Dairy Queen, Wendy’s, Tim Hortons, Mary Browns, Mr Sub) but still not close enough to the highway that it’s an annoyance. The pool area and halls look very nice. It is a multi-story building so expect to take the elevator. Side door is convenient for having a smoke or accessing the side/rear parking. Parking is free and there’s a decent amount. Staff was relatively polite.

Adequate
Hotel was adequate and beds were clean. Flooring and furniture dark and dated, and little attempt to make the sack breakfast special in any way. (Plain bagel wrapped in plastic wrap, orange juice from concentrate, an orange and a banana.) Staff pleasant and helpful.
