We tried mobile check-in but it was unfriendly and didn't work. Had to wait in line to check in. Some customers were told their rooms weren't ready yet (it was about 5:30 in the afternoon). Another gentleman came to ask if there was any way they could restock the toilet paper in his room, he was still waiting. We didn't realize that there wouldn't be amenities as in other hotels we visited on our trip, ie., body wash, conditioner, hair dryer. Glad we brought our own. It was definitely an interesting experience.

We had a great stay and time. All the staff was great especially Marty. However, the general manager was very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARING. I am not sure how he got the job. Marty was truly amazing, he always smiled and made sure had everything and then made sure to say HAVE A GREAT DAY!

The front desk lady raps on your hotel room door very loudly and harasses you right at 11am for payment or she “threatens to escort you off the property” even after telling her you’ve booked again from hotels.com. She’s a major B***** from Hell!

Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room I was given had dirty bedding, which was quite off-putting and made me uncomfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel was stingy with the towels, I had to request clean towels, it felt like I was asking for a favor. To top it off, the reception area had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, making it unwelcoming right from the start. Overall, I was left feeling disappointed. I hope they can address these issues for future guests.
