Excellent location close to the main Tokyo station
We stayed 5 nights and loved the hotel. It is only 2 blocks from the Tokyo train station Yaesu north exit and only 1 signal light crosswalk away. You can't find a better location without paying a lot more money. The room and bathroom are small by US standards, but they were comfortable and clean and perfectly functional. You will pay double or more at another hotel if you wanted a larger room within the same walking distance. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the busy and hectic Tokyo train station. That was the main selling point for us. In addition to the prime location, you can find anything else you would want within easy walking distance. There is a Lawson, Family Mart and many restaurants within a couple block walk. There is a restaurant in the hotel which we did not try but it advertises a buffet breakfast for $12 which is a bargain (we walked to the train station every day for our meals). The hotel will hold your luggage for free if you are checking in early or leaving after checkout. They offer a free English language newspaper daily along with free tea with kettle to make hot tea. It is air conditioned and has a TV with Japanese programs and English language CNN. The free WiFi worked great. The hotel is very clean and has modern fixtures and comfortable beds. The front desk is very helpful and courteous. If we return to Tokyo, we will stay at this hotel again. You can not beat the location and convenience along with the very reasonable price.

Very good 8.0
We only stayed at this hotel for our first night in Japan, we had to catch a train the next morning. I chose this hotel for the convenient location as we needed to be near Tokyo Station and we couldn't picked better, there's a combini just outside, a Starbucks and lots of eateries nearby and in the station. I was a bit worried about the room size as many earlier reviews complained about it, but we found the room big enough though on the cosy side. The bathroom was a bit harder to navigate but still manageable. Nonetheless I would still recommend this hotel, the staff were very welcoming and nice, we were given little goodie packs with toiletries and free water. The wifi was ok though disconnected a few times. We didn't have breakfast included in our rate but Starbucks opened early across the road.

Good Experience
The hotel is literally across the street from Tokyo station. You can walk there in a few minutes. The hotel is a bit hidden until you see the Starbucks that is almost across the street from the hotel. If you go to the side of the Daimaru dept store side exit, you cross the big intersection and go straight down the street where you see the Starbucks then you see the hotel. Very quiet. The rooms are small but I was not planning to stay there all day. The people behind the desk do need to speak more English. Luckily I studied where I was going because they couldn't help me with directions or what I needed help with. There are a lot eateries around or better yet go to Tokyo Station. Wifi worked well and I was on the top floor. Gave you a robe and slippers. Otherwise not bad a experience except for the translation.

Good 6.0
really small
We were surprised by how small it was. I'm 5'5' and I could reach my arms out with only 1 foot remaining on either side. We had 2 twin beds and if you wanted to get in bed you had to "coming through". That was the situation to get anywhere in the room. The staff were friendly and were quick to move us to another room when our a/c wasn't working. If you are Japanese (which is where the hotel is) or just 1 person, it is fine.

Good choice by Tokyo Station
The location is one block away from Tokyo Station, so super easy to get to from either Narita or Haneda airports, and then easy to get around once you are in tokyo. This means less screwing around time traveling, and more time in Tokyo. Some rooms are *really* small, even for tokyo. If you are by yourself it's funny, but if you are traveling with someone, you should opt for the larger rooms. Rooms were a bit hot and took a while to cool down, otherwise ok.
