This place was so dirty. House keeping isn’t doing their job. We checked into our room, it still had trash on every table, beds weren’t made. Front desk apologized and got us another room. It looked clean at first, but then dropped our room key behind the night stand and there was poop. Curtains had all been cut (some it looked like they tried to fix with duck tape), and the pull out sofa had holes in it and had broken springs. After calling corporate, we got a free room so we tried one more room. As we walked in it had pizza on the bed, towels on the floor and smelled. We checked out and went to another hotel.

It needs a total remodel. Looks likemproperty has had a lot of use and it is time for a refresh. Towels were very warm and scratchty and were a representation of the hotel as a hole. Clean it just needs to be updated and remodeled.

I sure hope this property is in middle of a remodel. It was in horrible condition. Drywall actually falling off wall in bathroom, the inside of the bathroom door's paint was peeling off. Hallway to our room walls were in really bad shape.

The place looked as if it was partially renovated. The walls were all half painted. The shower door didn’t even slide open or shut and the shower had mold and something red all over the walls. The floor looked like it had not been vacuumed. The walls had covered holes in them. Lastly, the bed was very uncomfortable. The pictures are not most recent and I was very disappointed in the condition of everything. I definitely felt like I overpaid for my stay.

Won’t be staying here again.
The lady at the front desk was less than friendly. It seemed she was annoyed that I booked my room thru hotels.com. She had to issue me an actual key. When I did not have access to the key hole in the door, she was aggravated that she had to resolve the situation. The room was descent but appeared to be under construction or renovation still. No baseboards and torn and missing wallpaper in the bathroom, missing lamp shade and the tv service was terrible.

Not good
We were supposed to have adjoining rooms, but my parents room had problems so they moved them. Our room had air problems, the ac would not turn off. We didn’t have any blankets, so we were freezing. The shower had mold in it. The sink would not turn off so it dripped all day. You could only come in the main door as the other doors around the hotel could not open from outside. The ice maker on floor was broken. We were so not pleased with our stay!!!

The staff was great and very helpful. Bummer the pool wasn't open. And they ran out of towels for showers so we had to use tiny pool towels. The facility was in deteriorating condition...everywhere. Breakfast was awesome!
