Hotel staff promptly picked me up as promised after I landed at Chatrapathi airport at 2am. None of the electric outlets worked and was coming apart. There was bunch of kids who stayed next dorr to me on the 6th floor--made huge noise and were banging on the wall playing at 2 in the morning. Hotel took action when I compalined tho...But still :(

The hotel was nice & so was the room. But the customer services sucks, for every issue i had to call room service & front desk so many times. The front desk lady was very rude & in the hospitality business the front desk staff is key, she made me feel unwanted guest. Even though the hotel is nice, rooms are nice & it's in a nice location i will never stay there & would not recommend it to anyone.

I did not end up staying here although I booked this location. I was brought to the Executive Enclave instead. Food was good and room was clean although the walls were very thin I lucked out with a corner room so I had less challenges than if I'd been in the center of the hallway. However when there were repairs or loud guests at night I heard everything. I would stay here again in a pinch but I think I got a smaller room than what I was booked for

Wonderful experience
My stay was very comfortable at the royal enclave. It was our first time in Mumbai and we had a complimentary ride pickup from the airport. Ramkumar, was holding up our sign and we were driven in a big comfortable car by him. Upon arrival to the hotel we were served with fresh cold drinks and offered chai as well( all complimentary) Our room was cleaned everyday. Manages; Nimesh and Sachin attended to all our questions and made our stay very comfortable. Not to forget Raju who was great at what he does at the restaurant. Breakfast had lots of choices;We were made hot to order English breakfasts as well as Indian choices if we preferred. We had a mix of both which was very tasty.

The checkin was very easy and friendly. I sent a message that I would be arriving late just to make sure the room would not be filled and they showed up to pick me up ... it was unexpected but very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazingly neat clean and very good .. Staff was very good my only issue was the surrounding area.
