This was a great location friendly staff. Rooms were clean but sparsely furnished, with a little effort they could be made much more appealing. Magnificent gardens. Breakfast was okay nothing startling

I liked the location in that it was walking distance to a lot of eateries, shops & the beach. I feel the hotel requires renovations to keep pace with other hotels nearby. The breakfast buffet is limited. Pool towels are supposed to be available from 8am but on most mornings it wasn’t manned until at least 8.30/9am.

This hotel was a great stay I had some hicups with things not wrking in the room but they were promptly fixed so it was Gd. Check in was very easy and done quickly the rooms were neat and tidy than had everything u needed. I didn't like there was so much light in the room coming in from outside( no sleep ins) they need to be blackout curtains and window at the top covered in or painted. breakfast was pleasing and had enough to fill u till lunch or even dinner. Pool great and the water tempt was just right to get into and the hotel grounds weren't gardens were immaculate .. this hotel is an older hotel but is looked after and i would stay again.

The gardens were beautiful and in constant upkeep, great location step out onto the beach and Seminyak shopping areas. Staff were amazing and always ready to help you. Would have liked a set of Draws in room so I could unpack my suitcase, However aircon was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.
