Staff really made this place. They were warm and friendly, and always there to assist!

Proximity to shops was great. Room was spacious and clean.

really enjoyed everything about this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. staff welcoming, helpful & friendly, the room clean & comfortable, nice pool, and great breakfast, with it located in a great spot 50-100 metres away fro the market, 150-200 metres away from pub street and plenty of good restaurants

Nice older hotel in a very convenient location near Pub Street in Siem Reap. The facilities are getting a little worn, but still in generally good condition. A little mold in the bathtub area. For longer stays, the breakfast gets boring, though they have a good omlette station. Many nearby restaurants and bars. Great location. Easy walk to the markets. The Steung has cut back on some services. Included airport pickup used to be by car, but now by tuk tuk. It's kind of fun if the weather is good and you don't have much luggage. We will likely stay here again.

This hotel is in a fantastic location and is a great bargain! If it was too hard for my wife to the pool to cool, Otherwise, perfect.

Absolutely love this place! The best hotel experience I've had and I travel all over the world. The staff was so polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing everyday. And the location was the most convenient.

Very nice and convenient location

Near Pub Street. Just round the corner. Shopping, getting lunch or dinner is simply easy.

Hotel location is excellent. Within walking distance of Pub Street and several markets and many good restaurants, but far enough from Pub Street to be quiet. Behind the hotel is an active Buddhist temple which is of course quiet and beautiful to walk through. Rooms are spacious and clean. Although the hotel is older, the plumbing works well; however, there are limited electrical outlets and they all turn off if you remove the card from the room power which makes charging devices while outside the room more challenging. When booking with Expedia, they don't tell you about the complimentary shuttle to/from the airport which is on the hotel website. You must arrange this ahead of time or they don't want to give it to you. Also late checkout prices are a robbery. They wanted $40 to check out at 5pm and $60 if checking out at 9PM which is more than the $55 room rate. The only direct flight to Shanghai is at 11:30PM so be prepared to pay or hang out at town all day. Overall a very friendly staff and great place to stay.
