10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is very close to the airport, making it a perfect choice for an early flight. They also provide their own airport shuttle service at a very reasonable price, which was really convenient. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were very helpful, this place is very clean and nice rooms and very close to the Lisbon airport. A nice large glass bottle of complimentary water and they offer a complimentary bottle of wine to their guests, which is really cool. The free morning breakfast was excellent with a large variety of choices of pastries, fruits, eggs, fresh juices and coffee and more. Would definitely stay here again when in Lisbon!

Pros 1.Clean room; housekeepers available to clean 2.Very comfortable bed. Holiday inn is one of the chains with the most comfortable beds. I usually don’t sleep well at hotels but at holiday inn and express I always do. 3. Good breakfast selection, Portuguese pastries and bread. Also cereals; eggs 4.Friendly staff, they were happy to help or answer questions when I needed it. Cons The dinner, taking in consideration that Portugal has one of the best gastronomy in Europe I was expecting tasty food, especially good variety of fish and soups.

10/10 Exceptional

Honestly one of the best Holiday Inn Express experiences we’ve had. Parking available for 12€ nightly and just 4 mins to the airport (we didn’t use the shuttle but it was available for 5€ pp). Beds are king-sized but even with a small sofa, only sleep 2 per room. We had to get a second room for our teen daughter. The breakfast was very nice (better than in the US) and starts early. Great for our last night before flying out early.
