Great stay!
Brown's boutique hotel was excellent. We stayed for six nights. The staff was very friendly and professional Especially, one of the ladies working the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't get her name). There are perhaps a few things guests could be made aware of when arriving: ask for a card to keep in the power slot, instead of using the key. If you use the key and need to open the deadbolt, the power to the whole room cuts off, they will give you a new water bottle when your first one runs out. Just bring the empty bottle to the reception. The room are individually decorated and seem to vary quite a bit in size and comfort. The hotel is centrally located and we walked everywhere. Breakfast was good and the price appropriate. Restaurant staff were fantastic! I would highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay there if I go back to Lisbon.

Fantastic experience!
This hotel is very special. I stayed for 4 nights and loved everything about it. The staff were fabulous. So helpful and accommodating. The lobby is an art deco beauty and the rooms were comfortable,spotless and modern. Great central location. Highly recommend this gem!

Great hotel in a good location
This is a great hotel in the centre of Lisbon. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel lobby bar is nice and comfortable. We did not take the option of breakfast included but we did eat breakfast at the hotel twice. The breakfast is good. Would definitely stay here again when back in Lisbon. There is a small elevator to get luggage to and from the room.

Disappointing.
We stayed for four nights but I would not return. I thought I had booked a Modernist style hotel judging by the interior photos on the Hotels.com website. Unfortunately these were of the sister hotel Browns Central, where we also sent for our pre-booked continental breakfasts, something we were only told about on arrival. The latter was a much nicer hotel. We were also disappointed with the layout of the en-suite facilities in this our room, as there was no privacy. Whilst not a significant problem for us, it was disconcerting and very unromantic. Pretty awful if you were with a new partner. Breakfast at the Brown’s Central (which is a short walk away) were good. The location is also good for transport links and is central for visiting the different areas of central Lisbon. Overall, we were disappointed and thought the hotel was overpriced.

Our second stay at this hotel. Unfortunately I booked an interior room which was incredibly small. The staff tried to accommodate a room upgrade however the hotel was fully booked. They gave us complimentary breakfast as an apology (even though the mistake was mine). I can definitely recommend this hotel - just ensure you book a superior room.

I love the location and the food options. The hotel is so cool and the style is great. I got a bottle of wine perk which was awesome. The room was comfy and nice and dark for sleeping. But very tight quarters. We didn’t have much space and no windows. The bathroom view was of someone’s hanging laundry. But it didn’t matter in the end since the place was overall comfortable and updated and we weren’t there for the hotel view. It was just a place we needed to get rest and it was perfect for that
