Even by Japanese standards, our room was incredibly small and the bathroom was even worse, size-wise and condition-wise. No desk, no chair, really pathetic. Quintessential, two star hotel. The lobby was nice, though. Even though we had pre-paid for four nights, we left after two.

False Advertising
The hotel room was awfully small especially the bathroom where the sink overlapped into bathtub. When booking the room, the photos posted online does not appear to be same as in person. Rooms are not cleaned regularly as cleaning services are done after first two nights.

The staff members are all very professional. They are polite and helpful at all times. The hotel location is excellent, within walkable distance to Metro (Namba) Station as well as to the nearest shopping/dining areas. It's a wonderful experience staying in this hotel.
