This property is quite run down and could use a real good cleaning of all the outside areas, walkways to the rooms and the pool area. We spent a week and there was bird poop, old bandaids, dead bugs, etc that were never washed down. The pools were nice but you had to wear your thongs all the time.

The apartment beds were a little too firm, our laundry machine was broken throughout our stay (we were counting on using it), and our shower toiletries were empty on the first day until we asked for more. We had an amazing stay at Waters Edge! The location was perfect, an easy 4 min walk (walking with young children) to the shops, grocery store and about 8 minutes to the lagoon. The resort is at the bottom of a steep hill and we were thankful we didn’t have to walk up it! The folks at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The pools were beautiful and thoroughly enjoyed!
