One luggage cart was available and it was broken. Breakfast was lacking. No orange juice and about 4 muffins left at 8:30 am.

Check in was ok. We are disabled with a service dog. Had called prior to stay to make sure we had a first floor room near an exit. They put us on the 2nd floor, in the middle of the hall. The rooms were non smoking, but someone was smoking pot all the time and the smell was overwhelming. Had to call front desk about it. Fixtures on bathroom were all loose . Bugs in overhead bathroom light. Bed sunk into middle. The reception and hallways were neat and clean. It was better than the lastnplace we stayed in Columbia.

Despite Hotels.com website touting "hot cooked to order breakfast" the hotel had no breakfast - not even a pot of coffee. The room was a wreck: broken closet door; broken bathroom faucet; bare bulb in the bathroom and NO BATHROOM DOOR. Hotel was "sold out" so we could not move.

The price was right but the place was outdated and not very clean. They also allow smoking which could be smelled from your room. I will not be back to this location.
