I will never stay in this hotel again
After check in , when I entered the room, the light and cold water tap is not working , I call few times but no response . Room services done around 6pm next day. Breakfast is not good at all. I am requesting everyone please do not book this hotel at all. Hotel staff are not friendly.

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Bad vibe and poor service.Hotel is not well kept. Small old rooms. Feels like a single star Motel. Ordered room service and found the food was stale and old. When we complained and wanted to return the food the manager came up and fought with us saying will only return the untouched food. Complained to the main Hotel reception as well. Felt very uncomfortable due to the hostile attitude of the staff. The only good thing was the breakfast and manager and friendly staff at the breakfast area Disappointed by the level Intercontinental hotel has fallen down to. Very poor value for the money we paid.

Highly not recommended
It was noisy, no sockets where not working. Could not use any laptops, phone etc. Ask to change the room and they ignored, I asked them several times but they excuse was we are busy and have no time . Would not recommend Star rating is incorrect, it should be 2/3 stars only as it was dirty as well. Only book this as a 3 star rating.
