The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. We found the surrounding area to be below standard as it wasn't at Times Square as the name suggests it's in the homeless residents area and had a bad odour in the streets and it was full of rubbish. The Hotel was nice and clean and smelt nice can't fault them for what was outside on the streets.

Excellent location Excellent value with breakfast included as well as evening get togethers 3 nights a week providing beverages and food Laundry facilities very helpful Only issue would be the lifts especially in peak times - can take up to 20 minutes to get down. No air conditioning in hall ways of lifts so could be very uncomfortable in hot weather

There was not enough elevators for the amount of levels even on level c people would cancel out the elevator going down to go up. We had to change rooms 3 times in the process loosing some items notifying the staff and was told will get a call back but never did then proceeded to go talk to them again and said no one has returned the items so they are not here the items that were lost would not have been returned they would have been kept they wanted to compensate us with late check out which couldnt happen as had to be at airport by 6am then offered a bottle of wine which we dont drink and then offered us points to an usa points based group which also didnt help us but we didnt want any compensation just an attempt to contact the rooms to find out which room had the items

Hotel is in need of a paint and freshen up. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived despite it being 10pm. The rooms were not cleaner properly.

Great hotel, within walking distance to everything. Provided a hot complementary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day with. The bed was amazing, felt like you were sleeping on a cloud, it was the most comfortable bed I’d slept on in a long time.

Good location. Suitable if not worried about luxe and don’t plan on staying in the room much at all. Complimentary breakfast is a plus. Lifts are extremely slow as there are only 3 servicing the whole 32 floors. The interiors of the hallways and rooms are tired.

We enjoyed or stay at Staybridge and would recommend it to anyone who wants to be amongst the Time Square action. The staff were lovely and always greeted us with a smile.

good location, ok breakfast, we used the stairs (luckily on low floor) as the elevators seems to take forever. Staff hit and miss re how helpful and nice they were. Maybe havin ga bad day
