This place advertise TV. There is a TV not working. We stay for a week and they only gave us one roll of toilet paper. It was very noisy, you can hear traffic 24/7. Bathroom had a bad smell There are better places near by at the same price. Good luck if you stay on this place

The property was clean, but rustic with the need some updates. There is not kitchen, nor balcony. No functional tv as advertised. There is a microwave like in any other hotel so it is not an apartment. The noise was terrible, people were fighting on the street. We were in the second floor with a huge window to a very dirty street. The property is very centric and has good transportation access.

Opinião MEGA sincera - detalhes totais sobre.
Sem dúvidas é a melhor opção para quem quer visitar Buenos Aires ! É minha segunda vez na cidade e sinceramente essa foi a melhor localização que fiquei. Deixo aqui meu conselho : muitas pessoas pensam que ficar em PALERMO é o ideal mas na prática precisam pegar transporte para chegar aos lugares. Nessa acomodação consegui fazer tudo a pé, de forma prática e segura, em qualquer hora do dia. O checkin é prático e on-line, o apartamento é super espaçoso, infelizmente o banheiro é apertado mas isso não fez com que minha nota fosse abaixo de 5. Fica perto de TUUUDO, na esquina da florida, bem pertinho do obelisco, perto de várias cafeterias, na frente da casa de câmbio, perto da plaza de Mayo. Sinceramente o que eu economizei de Uber não foi brincadeira…. Sem contar que o preço que paguei foi super justo. A acomodação não tem recepção, é tudo na fechadura eletrônica (para mim não mudou nada pois eu não precisei de uma recepção de fato ) . Fica ao LADO de uma loja de vinhos e mercado com preço justo, e também na mesma calçada da empanadas express, que é uma delícia . Tem toalhas, shampoo, condicionador e sabonete líquido disponível, papel higiênico só tem 1 e talvez você precise comprar caso eles não deixem disponível, fiquei em torno de 7 dias e deu no limite kkkkk. Então é isso, indico, e voltaria ( e olhe que sou uma pessoa detalhista)

Muito bem localizado e agradável
Desde o check-in até o check-out tudo foi excelente. Você recebe o número do quarto e instruções de acesso da portaria e quarto no dia da hospedagem às 10h da manhã, para check-in às 14h, é tudo digital, mas fácil de manusear. Quarto muito bem limpo. Utensílios funcionais, eletrodomésticos também. Torneiras e chuveiro com água quente e pressão excelente. A localização é extremamente boa, tem um mercadinho embaixo com tudo que você possa precisar e preços melhores que em mercados maiores (dica: depois de pesquisar um tanto, compramos vinhos e alfajores lá). É uma rua bem movimentada e estávamos num quarto de frente para a rua, então na primeira noite demoramos para dormir por conta dos carros, mas com o cansaço as outras 5 noites foram super tranquilas e de paz. A comunicação com a hospedagem é toda feita por mensagem aqui pelo Hoteis.com e a resposta costuma ser rápida. Pedimos instruções sobre como descartar o lixo e reposição de papel higiênico. Em 6 diárias não houve limpeza de quarto ou troca de toalhas (tambem não pedimos, então não sabemos se tem), mas tudo é de primeira qualidade: móveis, toalhas, itens de cozinha (incluindo taças e abridor), shampoo, condicionador e sabonete à vontade. Somente a TV que tentei ver as notícias locais, mas não consegui colocar na TV aberta. E o chuveiro que estava vazando um pouco para fora do box, que ajeitamos pra não vazar, pois não tem materiais de limpeza no quarto.
