Nice hotel in perfect central location
For a reasonable stay in Rome in a great location, Hotel Navona is an excellent choice. Front desk was very nice and helpful in providing transport to and from airport, and called us a cab every time we needed one. This hotel is nothing fancy. The entrance is off the side of an alley through a courtyard. Lobby is on second floor. Hallways are kind of a maze. But the rooms were nice and clean, not too small, comfy beds and pillows, excellent water temp and pressure, towel heating bars in the bathroom. My husband and I had one room, and my teenage girls had another. Even though it's "Hotel Navona" it's not directly on the Piazza Navona, so it's quiet.

This hotel was unique! Each room had a special appeal. The staff and service was excellent. The hotel is located close to great dining and shopping my only complaint was the bed was very uncomfortable and there was a shower in front of our bed.

Mr Tiramisu is located right outside hotel! While there is a line all day every day- you can pop out and get some early! Close to popular Italian fresh papers restaurants and cafes too. Staff really was excellent and accommodating, however, no one informed us that our room would not have.a stand up shower. Was just a Roman ton with stay hose. The feeling was so low, you had to sit in the tub and try and spray off your habit. Washing hair was almost impossible. To me, a shower in room is a very big deal. We had been out sightseeing all day and really needed to shower to reset and refresh before dinnner. Some people in our party didn’t have power for a. They did their best, but just make sure you are crystal clear about the room your are requesting. Each room is COMPLETELY different sized and location. Some are in another building with no lift for your luggage. They did have an excellent bell hop to bing luggage up, but not available at all times. Location is great, staff great, rooms are just ok.
