Very cute place, but the live room tv doesn’t work and it’s not a king size bed it is two twin beds together, also on the picture showing 4 sleeping pillows when you get there is only two flat foam pillows. The shower bar is following of the wall and the a/c makes a lot of noise. They have coffee machine for expresso capsule only and you can’t strain the coffee.

Good morning, My family and I travel all around the world, we experienced many things , the experience here was very poorly, customer service person Ketlen was very rude and looked down on us , very arrogant person with very poor person communication skills. We were charged extra for a parking card , it was hard to check in , we had to go to 3 receptionist and paperwork checking, pictures taking , we lost over 1 hour of our stay doing paperwork and trying to find the checking in office. When we got to the room, bathroom was dirt , hair all over the drain line of the shower, missing toilet paper, sink faucet was broken, shower head was dripping water , fridge wasn’t cleaned and smelled mold, towels was overused and yellow. The best of all after the check out miss Ketlen reached out to us asking about a pillow that was missing to the property, basically accusing us of taking this item . I do rate this place terrible service and Ketlen a very rude and disrespectful person. Over all, upon reaching back home I will request full refund of our funds .

Efetuei a reserva por essa plataforma , e ao chegar no local em plena madrugada não existia reserva em meu nome . Precisei ir atrás de outra hospedagem as 2:00am , alegaram falta de comunicação , sendo que 5 horas antes do horário do check-in a equipe entrou em contato comigo e solicitou meus dados , para que fosse feito o cadastro na recepção de um prédio residencial e que eles anunciam como flat aqui na plataforma . Ao entrarem em contato comigo me solicitaram um pix referente a taxa de limpeza que no ato da reserva é clara a informação que a taxa deve ser paga na propriedade . NÃO RESERVEM , VOCÊS IRÃO FICAR NA MÃO !!!

Apto mto bem equipado, porém com algumas ressalvas! Ducha do banheiro não esquenta direito, se aumentar a temperatura ela desliga. Box com muita sujidade de lodo nas paredes. Secador de cabelo só funciona na temperatura mínima se aumentar ela desliga o nada!
