not without your own car
it was really nice, the owner is very friendly and helpful, except for the location, but if you have gps or navigation, no problem. the typical traveller (with just a road map) is completely los at nightt. but the owner was ready and we finally got there, even the next day without any assistance! the place is lovely, cosy and homely.

Des hôtes impolis avec un comportement désagréable
Il nous a fallu bcp de temps pour trouver ce B and B.Perdu au fin fond de la campagne et pas de signalisation correcte et visible. Impossible de les joindre au telephone. On a du demander de l’aide chez les Carabinieri. A l’arrivee, l’hote ne m’ a même pas dit bonjour, ni regardée! Son frère a fait pareil quand j’ai dû lui donner nos passeports. Je trouve ça incroyable!

Goede en leuke B&B Castiglias
Prima Bed&Breakfast, zeer nabij Alghero en luchthaven (zonder dat je last van vliegtuigen hebt). Uitstekend ontbijtbuffet en goed gastheerschap. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf terras. Je hebt wel een auto/scooter nodig om hier te komen.

Abbiamo pernottato 5 notti. All'arrivo ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto dormire la prima notte in una stanza per poi spostarci nell'appartamentino in un edificio separato dalla villa principale. Per raggiungerlo non ci sono indicazioni e cartelli sulla strada. Colazione deludente ma camere pulite. Ideale per alloggiare fuori dal traffico di Alghero e in direzione delle spiagge di Lazzaretto e Bombarde.

Perfecte locatie om tot rust te komen!!
Heerlijk dicht bij het vliegveld van Alghero en het centrum. Het is zeker aan te raden een auto te huren. Zeer rustig, vriendelijk personeel en een prachtig uitzicht.

Castiglias in Alghero
Das Hotel macht auf der Website einen guten Eindruck. Doch leider gibt es ein paar Kritikpunkte. Als wir anreisten war der gesamte Poolbereich unaufgeräumt, als wäreh wir die ersten Gäste der Saison. Bei einem 5 tägigen Aufenthalt wurden keine Handtücher gewechselt, das Bad nicht geputzt und das Zimmer sporadisch ausgefegt. Die grösste Katastrophe war aber das Frühstück, trüber Kaffee, aufgebackenes Brot, und Plastikbecher für den künstlich roten Saft, was immer auch das sein mag. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Aussicht und auch der Poolbereich ist ganz nett. Es fehlte ein TV im Zimmer, welche auch sehr hellhörig waren. Kreditkartenzahlung war nicht möglich, es wurde auf cash bestanden. Für den Preis hätte man mehr erwarten können.
