The room was huge and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, inside and out. However, the hotel had a distinct unpleasant smell throughout. Shower water pressure was low. There is only 1 lobby bathroom.

Clean room, great staff, and issues were sorted out promptly! There is no microwave in the room which was a tad disappointing, but at least there was one in the market. The registration desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds comfortable, but bathroom lacked towel racks or hooks for hanging towels or clothing. There also was no bathmat or non-slip adhesives in the tub to prevent falls. Our room was near the side entrance and the doors (2) would slam shut every time someone entered or left- needs "soft-close" feature. The breakfast was good- scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. our only problem was it appeared the owner's family was staying there and pretty well took over the breakfast area making it difficult to get food or have a place to sit down and eat. Noise was a bit of a problem as rooms are not "sound proof" and hall conversations could be heard easily.

This is my home away from home as I visit Buffalo often. The bedding is heavenly, towels are soft, there are many tv channels including access to streaming channels if you have an account. Coffee in the room plus a refrigerator. They offer a microwave in the lobby cafe. It’s very comfortable and clean.
