Friendly staff, good breakfast and very clean room. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the railway station and next to a popular shopping mall. Many shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel feels secure since only people with hotel cards can access the floors where the rooms are located. The only downsides for me personally were that the room was very small, that the shower was situated right next to the bed, and that the room had no table nor water kettle.

Wonderful time in Saarbruecken

Hotel was easy to find, reception is on the second floor of the building, check in was very quick. Room was perfect for my stay in Saarbruecken, breakfast was a great way to start the day. Europa Galerie, train station and lots of shops and restaurants in the area make it a great place to stay

Nice hotel, very smart. Very central for hbf and clean. Good breakfast. Two issues for me is that they wouldn't check me in before 3 pm when the hotel was clearly half empty and two an interconnecting room door wasnt locked, so a tennant of the next room walked in while I was taking a shower. Massive security and privacy breach, which was just shrugged off. They did lock the door after that though.

I asked for an extra pillow in the reception and was told that they are a budget hotel and therefore dont have extra pillows. That is fair considering the price, don’t expect this is to a experience above what you pay for.

Das Zimmer war extrem klein, Waschbecken direkt im Zimmer. Ohne Klimaanlage, das beim 30C Außentemperatur. Nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser auf Zimmer gewesen, weeded Glas, noch Pappbecher. Wasser nur gegen Gebühr war käuflich. Frühstück: sehr einfach, sehr low budget. Einmal und nie wieder.

Das Frühstücksbüffet fanden wir toll. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut und zentral. Zeitweise war es in der Nacht sehr laut und man hat Schreie von der Stadt gehört. Der Boden im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer war nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche und Frotteetücher teilweise mit Flecken.
