We arrived late, and the clerk was very helpful. However curb parking was difficult, and the hotel parking ramp too steep for mye car. Which is a little lower than normal (Tesla 3 LR). The room was clean. No AC, but a fan one the room. And a hole in the wall inside the closet. Breakfast was ok.

This hotel was everything we needed it to be on our way to our holiday destination. The family apartment was clean, modern, comfortable and air conditioned! For those of you driving, the only thing I would say is to check with the hotel prior to your arrival if your car is small enough to be parked in the hotels underground car park. We drive a small/medium size vehicle but found out on arrival to the hotel that our car was too large for the hotel's car park. Eventually it didn't matter too much as we were lucky enough to find a free space on the adjacent road Overall, we had a very good experience and enjoyed our stay

The fitness center was functional, and the hotel's location was great, with easy access to local attractions and business centers. Average hotel but does the job

Acceptable hotel for one night stay. Whilst the room was dated in terms of decor, no automatic heating system (needed to turn on radiator and no AC) and no plug sockets near the bed), room was clean, very spacious, bed was comfy. Breakfast was average, nothing fancy, basic continental options. Poor veggie vegan options however.

We stayed at this hotel for three weeks pending our departure from Belgium. We stayed in a room with a small kitchen area and fridge. This made our stay easier given the length of stay. Comfortable bed, which is key for us. Kind and helpful staff. We had an issue with maintenance early on which they fixed right away. Walkable to downtown. Parking but very narrow entrance. Some street parking available.

Lido Mons

I had to extend my stay so had to move rooms ( not an issue). Both rooms were nice but a tv remote had flat batteries in the first room. The second room had what looked like large heat blisters on the surface of the desk and a worn away edge and a bulb off in the bathroom so I think the maintenance needs to be a bit better. Other than that the staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was fine. Very close to bars and restaurants.

I'm vacating my apartment in mons so have been staying at a number of local hotels. Stayed in room 113 for a week. My only negative is no aircon which would be a nightmare in the summer, they do supply a big noisy fan. Perhaps B&B who are new owners will install aircon? Other than that it was an excellent stay, free coffee downstairs 24/7 and a room with a bath. We didn't bother with breakfast as plenty of shops/cafes in Mons. Very comfortable bed, i slept very well. Would recommend the B&B centre mons (ex lido). There is a launderette just up the street, open 24/7, tokens on sale for machines inside
