It’s ok.
I’ve stayed at this hotel before because it offers easy outdoor parking near the center of Munich. Unfortunately, this time a customer decided to smoke up the 5th floor hallway, so it absolutely stunk, despite every room being labelled as “no smoking”. The room was also quite warm, despite all of the radiators being turned off. I turned on the air conditioning, but it did nothing, so I had to open the windows. Why can’t hotels make the rooms a comfortable temperature???

Staff were lovely, Breakfast was nice and location is fab. But room wasn't cleaned properly (there were some clothes tags left by a previous guest, and cup ring on the bedsime table) and I found the foam mattress so uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping on the floor. I would normally have given this 1 star but the staff were all lovely and very sympathetic.
